We want you to be satisfied with aikotent.id, a product of Softesia LLC. This Refund Policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

2. Subscription Refunds

Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided:

• You have not generated more than 10 pieces of content
• This is your first subscription (not a renewal)
• You have not previously received a refund

After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider exceptions for:

• Service unavailability for extended periods (over 48 hours)
• Billing errors on our part
• Extraordinary circumstances (evaluated case-by-case)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email us at support@aikotent.id
2. Include your account email and reason for the request
3. We will respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to your Account Settings
• Click "Cancel Subscription"
• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

5. Third-Party API Costs

Since aikotent.id uses a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model:

• We are not responsible for any charges from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google
• You manage your API usage directly with these providers
• Refunds from aikotent.id do not include third-party API costs

6. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. If you don't want to renew, please cancel before the renewal date.
